Product FAQs
How do I capture my prints?
Each order comes with my non-toxic, mess-free Inkless Print Kit which is safe for babies, children, adults and pets.
Your Inkless Print Kit is posted out to you at no extra cost once payment for your product has been received in full.
How do I send copies of my prints to you?
There are two ways you can send copies of the prints you have captured:
1. Scan and email copies back to hey@kymmadeit.com.au.
2. Send them via post to PO BOX 164, Beveridge VIC 3753 and your originals will be returned with your order once completed.
How long does it take to complete my order?
As our products are personalised and made to order, our lead times vary for different products.
Products that require copies of your captured prints cannot be fulfilled until we receive them.
Once we have the necessary prints we will then start the process of producing your order.
The information below is for lead time only and does not include shipping times.
- Square Baby Keepsake Prints: 7–10 business days once captured prints have been received.
- A4 Sibling Prints: 7–10 business days once captured prints have been received.
- A3 Family Prints: 10–12 business days captured prints have been received.
- Unframed Prints (quotes or pictures): 5–7 business days.

Do you provide a mock-up before processing orders?
Yes! I will create one mock-up of your artwork to send to you for approval but please note that only one design change is allowed and thereafter a design change fee of $25 applies.
I have ordered a product but need to change the personalisation details.
Please send me an email ASAP at hey@kymmadeit.com.au and I will attempt to change the personalisation details.
As every order is personalised I am not able to resell or place the product back in stock so you may need to reorder the product.
I encourage you to read carefully and check all information is correct and spelled correctly when you place your order at the checkout.
I have received my order but it was broken or damaged during transit. What happens now?
I am sorry to hear this!
Each and every product is carefully packaged and ensured it is safe to travel via post so when it arrives to you it is intact and in the same condition in which it left my workshop.
I understand accidents may occur during transit and unfortunately your order may have been damaged which is out of my control.
I am here to help in anyway I can. Please send an email to hey@kymmadeit.com.au along with photos of your damaged product and I will do my best to resolve the situation.
Shipping FAQs
How much does shipping cost within Australia?
The standard shipping fee is a flat rate of $12 and will be added to your cart at the time of confirming your order.
How much does shipping overseas cost?
As overseas shipping is calculated based on weight and size, and each destination has different shipping costs, please email me at hey@kymmadeit.com.au to receive an additional quote for shipping overseas.
What if my package is lost in transit?
Oh no… Sorry this has happened!
Once orders have left my workshop I am not responsible for lost packages. Please contact Australia Post directly and request a lost parcel application via their website.

Do you offer pick-up?
Unfortunately I do not offer a pick-up location, however, this could change in the future.
