You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from our Website. 

Our website contains materials which are owned by or licensed by us. This includes but is not limited to designs, layout, appearances and graphics and you are not permitted to reproduce, republish of information on our website for the purpose of sale or by third party.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kym Made It shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if  Kym Made It has been advised of the possibility of such damages), arising out of or in any way related to your use of or inability to use our website, its content, or any products or services offered through our website.

This limitation of liability applies to all claims arising out of or in any way related to:

  • the accuracy, completeness, reliability, timeliness, or usefulness of any content or information on the website

Our Website may contain links to other websites and services operated by third parties. Kym Made It is not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party website or service. When you access a third-party website or service, you are subject to the terms and conditions of that website or service.

Kym Made It may also partner with third-party companies to provide certain products and services to you such as courier companies. When you purchase a product or service from a third-party company, your contract is with that company and Kym Made It is not responsible for the performance or non-performance of that company.

You agree to release Kym Made It from any and all claims arising out of your use of or interaction with any third-party website, service, or product.

Kym Made it is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of any third-party information that appears on our website and we are not responsible for any products or services that are offered by third parties on our website.  We have the right to remove any third-party links or content from our website at any time and will update website accordingly. 

Custom Orders

All Kym Made It products are handmade to order and personalised to your specifications. As such:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once your impression kit has been submitted and your design is in progress.
  • You will receive a digital proof for approval before your piece is produced. Final production begins only upon your written approval. If we do not receive a response within 14 days of sending your proof, we will follow up via email or social media messenger. Orders that remain unanswered to after a further 7 days may be cancelled and a store credit issued.
  • Kym Made It is not responsible for impression results that are unclear, incomplete, or unusable due to the quality of the impression provided. In these cases, we will contact you to discuss options.
  • Turnaround times are estimates only and may vary during busy periods. We will communicate any significant delays.
  • All designs, artwork, and finished product images created by Kym Made It remain our intellectual property and may be used for portfolio or marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

Force Majeure 

Kym Made It will not be liable for any delay or failure to fulfil an order due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, natural disaster, supply chain disruptions, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible and work with you to find a suitable resolution, which may include revised timelines, store credit, or a refund.

International Orders

We ship to select international destinations. International customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country upon delivery. Kym Made It has no control over these charges and cannot predict or cover their cost. If an international parcel is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
