Refund policy

Kym Made It handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

Please notify us via email hey@kymmamdeit.com.au with a valid reason for returning your product along with photos for proof.

We are not liable for replacing products with incorrect spelling or information which has been supplied by our customers for all personalised products. We will endeavor to do our best to resolve your complaints, however, if we are unable to do so, we may process a refund within 7 business days and will be provided to you with the same method in which you made payment.

Replacements, refunds or change of products are made at the discretion of Kym Made It.
